No. If you accept the offer from a carrier, you transfer an advance of 25% of the total amount to Freightplatform to reserve the offer. This gives the carrier certainty of your intentions. You will then immediately receive the contact details from the carrier so that you can discuss the details of the delivery with each other. Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the remaining agreed amount directly to the carrier.)
Once you have accepted a quote, FreightPlatform will release the data and you will have the option to communicate with carriers.
As the sender paid, you do not make any payments to FreightPlatform. You only make the payment to the carrier.

FreightPlatform serves purely as a platform between the customer and the carrier. By using our platform you will be able to drive more efficient journeys, fill empty loading space, but mainly to fill your transport on the way back.
We are not involved in the bidding or negotiations. We position ourselves as a trusted but neutral party.
FreightPlatform is for all professionals who offer transport services. From general carriers and couriers to specialists in a specific sector. Everyone is welcome. We do require that you are authorized to act as a carrier.
You can register and create an account which is free of charge. You can search for jobs, but also receive jobs that meet the criteria you specified. The customer clearly shows this in his or her advertisement what needs to be transported, on what dates it is possible and where it needs to be transported. If you have an interesting assignment, you can make a quotation for € 0.99. You determine the amount of this quotation based on the assignment. The sender will then choose one of the quotes. The order won costs € 9.99 and will be invoiced by freight platform.
There are transport requests for business transport, the transport of vulnerable bulky goods such as vehicles (car, motorcycle, boat), electrical equipment, industrial equipment, bulk goods, specific goods (animals, plants) etc.
Yes. When you register, you create a profile. Here you can set which advertisements you do or do not wish to receive. This can of course always be changed.
No. Although you offer the lowest price to the customer, you as a carrier have a profile that the customer can view. They ultimately choose who will transport their goods and they can take into account valuations made by your previous customers. By consistently providing good service you will receive a high rating which makes you a reliable choice for new customers. Past performance will influence customer choice. You are therefore responsible for your success.)
Registration and access to the website is completely free. You pay €0.99 to place a bid. Only if the customer accepts your offer and you have sold your service with certainty, we charge an amount of
€ 9.99.
By making an anonymous bid (citing your username, not your company name) for a customer’s outstanding order, we ensure healthy and fair competition between the carriers.
FreightPlatform does not interfere with bids on the website. With our service we ensure fuller loading spaces and more economical journeys. The prices are especially interesting if you return with empty cargo spaces or if you use groupage transport.
